JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible of reviewing, following up, assesses the EA processes according to RTA Enterprise Architecture policies.
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Reviewing processes of the EA section to assure works’ continuity, aligned with the roles and responsibilities.

Analysis of current systems and applications to ensure alignment with RTA strategic goals and objectives and

digital strategies.

Reviews applications and systems with architects
-
Ensures the implementation of EA policies
-
Researches technology trends and how they can adopted in RTA
-
Acts as the first point of contact for clarifying scopes of projects and raising issues and challenges and related reports.

Follow up Yearly Plans related to EA roles and responsibilities
-
Controlling and updating EA documents and templates regularly and as needed
-
Supports the manage business requirements practices for systems by coordinating with business departments
-
Contributes to measuring benefits and post implementation reviews and preparing related reports.

Assesses and reviews technology projects requests to assess feasibility and potential solutions
-
Perform other tasks and responsibilities related to the job or assigned by the line manager
-
Coordinate with Corporate Architecture Review Team CART to ensure adherence to approved SLAs and prepare alignment report accordingly

Follow up on implementing EA Review Plans related to technical documents

Review the quality of the EA documents and processes, and providing feedback with the aim of improving compliance with approved policies and controls

Follow up yearly EA Maturity Assessment and submit EA Maturity annual report

Perform quality assessment of EA repository semi annually
-
Follow up and maintain the EA repository, extract EA Repository Status reports periodically, and take appropriate corrective actions accordingly
-
Perform the department processes review plan and coordination with QHSE
-
Prepare quality technical presentations related to Enterprise Architecture tasks

Education:

Bachelors' Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Communications or related fields with minimum 5 years of working experience
