Senior System Engineer

We are seeking a Senior System Engineer with 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and system administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading infrastructure operations, ensuring system availability, security compliance, and optimizing enterprise environments across Microsoft and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead operation, maintenance, upgrades, and security compliance of infrastructure systems.

Design and optimize Active Directory, DNS, Certificate Services, and IAM systems.

Manage Azure AD, ADFS, and identity governance solutions.

Administer Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Teams environments.

Automate account management and password systems.

Conduct technical assessments and implement remediation plans.

Perform vulnerability assessments and ensure closure of critical risks.

Ensure systems are patched, secure, and compliant.

Manage licenses, renewals, and vendor coordination.

Lead problem management, root cause analysis, and major incidents.

Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in system engineering or infrastructure.

ITIL and CCNA certifications are required.

Azure Solution Architect certification is required.

Strong experience with VMware environments.

Hands-on experience with AD, DC, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, SCCM, and SCOM.

Strong experience in Windows Server management.

Good experience in Linux administration.

Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Fluent in Arabic is required.
