Senior System Engineer - Microsoft Platforms

Job Purpose:

Hold a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure built on Microsoft platforms. Responsible for maintaining the performance, security, and strategic alignment of Microsoft platforms, contributing to the overall efficiency and digital capabilities of the organization.

Generic Accountability:

• Microsoft Platforms Management: Oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure built on Microsoft platforms, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning of IT infrastructure, focusing on the integration and advancement of Microsoft technologies.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard Microsoft platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Infrastructure Optimization: Continuously optimize Microsoft platforms to enhance efficiency, scalability, and responsiveness to evolving business needs.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products related to Microsoft platforms.
• Team Leadership: mentor teams responsible for Microsoft platforms, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external partners, to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft technologies

Minimum Qualification:

• BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or business administration
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and oral)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and management role
• Strong communication skills, Strong planning and strategic thinking
