Key Responsibilities
Talent Partnering & Hiring Strategy
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and team goals.
- Design and implement scalable recruitment strategies for current and future hiring needs.
- Share data-driven insights and market intelligence with leadership to guide hiring decisions.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Source and engage talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, job portals, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Leverage AI tools for recruitment to improve efficiency and reach.
- Build and maintain pipelines for niche, technical, creative, and non-technical roles.
- Develop strong connections with passive candidates through personalized outreach and professional networks.
Recruitment Lifecycle Management
- Manage the entire recruitment process — from job intake and sourcing to offer closure.
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding.
Candidate Experience
- Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Build trust and ensure a positive, engaging candidate experience.
Process Excellence & Reporting
- Use applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases to manage pipelines and progress.
- Prepare dashboards and MIS reports; maintain accurate data in Excel and other reporting tools.
- Support employer branding, career fairs, campus hiring, and networking events.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for speed and quality.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical, non-technical, or media recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, and other job portals.
- Familiarity with AI recruitment tools and modern hiring technologies.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring in fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines independently while maintaining quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
