Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Company:

The MEMF Co. is the KFB Group's flagship company. It is located over a sprawling 15,000 square meter campus in the heart of the New Industrial City of Riyadh. The factory contains state-of-the-art equipment capable of manufacturing high accuracy measuring and protection equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).
• Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain effective sourcing channels (job portals, agencies, universities, etc.).
• Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the right talent fit.
• Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation.
• Support mass hiring campaigns and Saudization initiatives.
• Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and local hiring practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems (ATS/HRMS).
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines efficiently.
