Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for driving the organization’s end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across all functions and geographies. This role is critical in ensuring business scalability by managing Retail Jewellery hiring, mass hiring across PAN India, leadership hiring, and building a commission/incentive-based hiring ecosystem. The incumbent will ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective hiring aligned with workforce planning while leading a high-performance talent acquisition team.
