About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across our Group’s diverse divisions. This role plays a key part in aligning manpower supply with the organization’s project demands, ensuring timely, compliant, and efficient hiring of both skilled and unskilled workers.
You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates both locally and internationally, and managing high-volume hiring campaigns across construction sites, workshops, facility management, logistics, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning
- Design and implement high-impact recruitment strategies to fulfill large-scale manpower needs.
- Collaborate with department heads and project managers to forecast short- and long-term staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for project-based hiring.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pooling
- Source candidates locally and internationally through various channels.
- Establish and manage strong relationships with manpower suppliers, overseas recruitment firms, and community networks.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and employee referral programs to attract qualified candidates.
3. Recruitment Operations
- Lead and coordinate bulk hiring campaigns, walk-in interviews, and technical trade tests.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Oversee the coordination of trade testing, medicals, and visa documentation in collaboration with the PRO and HR operations team.
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
4. Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and market challenges.
- Manage the full candidate experience, ensuring timely updates and a professional journey from sourcing to onboarding.
- Provide regular recruitment status reports including key metrics such as open positions, time-to-fill, and hiring progress.
5. Process Improvement & Compliance
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and cost-per-hire.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and tracking systems for audits and reviews.
- Implement recruitment best practices to enhance efficiency, especially in blue-collar hiring.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
- Strong background in high-volume blue-collar hiring and overseas recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processing, and employment compliance.
- Experience in sectors such as construction, heavy equipment, or real estate is highly desirable.
