Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute strategic hiring for technical and non-technical roles across our construction projects. This role demands strong industry insight, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for site and corporate roles (engineering, project mgmt., HSE, etc.)
• Partner with business leaders on manpower planning
• Manage sourcing through portals, headhunting & vendors
• Drive employer branding & recruitment automation
• Mentor and lead a team of recruiters
• Ensure timely hiring across multiple projects

Requirements:

• 10+ years in TA, preferably in construction/infrastructure
• Strong exposure to technical hiring (civil, MEP, QS, etc.)
• Hands-on with ATS, sourcing tools, and analytics
• Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement
• Experience in bulk and senior hiring
