🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead with strong experience in Training & Content Roles or Placements & Client Relations hiring to join our dynamic TA team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in end-to-end recruitment, and stakeholder management , while driving monthly hiring closures at scale.
✅ What You’ll Do
🔄 Manage end-to-end recruitment for Training & Content Roles or Placements & Client Relations Roles.
🤝 Handle stakeholder management – work closely with business leaders and hiring managers
📊 Create and maintain dashboards & reports to track recruitment progress and outcomes
🔎 Perform sourcing, screening, and interviewing to identify the right talent
💡 Innovate and implement new hiring strategies to build strong candidate funnels
🎯 Ensure smooth recruitment operations with focus on quality & speed of hiring
🎓 What We’re Looking For
✅ 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment , with proven success in Training & Content Roles or Placements & Client Relations Hirings.
✅ Experience in leadership hiring and managing a team of recruiters (3+)
✅ Domain exposure in EdTech, ITES, BFSI, Consumer Services
✅ Expertise in team leadership, sales strategy, reporting, and stakeholder management
