The Role
Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role demands a proactive recruitment leader with deep market knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and a robust candidate network. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for top-tier consulting and technology firms Key Responsibilities • End-to-End Recruitment Management Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialized roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. • Stakeholder Engagement Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies with business goals. • Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipelining Build and maintain a network of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing, referrals, and market research. Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS tools such as Workday, Beamery, and SAP SuccessFactors • Market Intelligence & Benchmarking Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment decisions. • Team & Vendor Management Manage recruitment teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of hiring outcomes. • Diversity & Inclusion Champion inclusive hiring practices and support initiatives for leadership and diversity hiring.
Requirements
Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 12–15 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity. • Strong command of Arabic and English. • Expertise in using ATS systems (Workday, SAP, Beamery), job portals, and sourcing tools. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver under tight timelines. Preferred Attributes • Experience in hiring across MENA region. • Familiarity with recruitment compliance and labor laws in KSA. • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, AIRS, PHR) is a plus. • Should be open/Flexible to travel within KSA
