Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned client groups, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, advise on sourcing strategies, and prepare targeted search plans.
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, internal databases, networking, competitor mapping, and direct approaches.
  • Conduct resume screening, competency assessments, and structured interviews (face-to-face/virtual).
  • Apply appropriate evaluation tools to support effective hiring decisions.
  • Ensure candidates are assessed against organizational values and role-specific competencies.
  • Process & Systems Management
  • Drive full optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all recruitment activity is centralized and accurately tracked.
  • Manage candidate communications, ensuring smooth onboarding and documentation processes, including visa coordination where required.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and provide regular management information (MI) reports and analytics.
  • Ensure all employee files are compliant with HR policies, labor law, and internal audit requirements.
  • Stakeholder & Candidate Management
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, Rewards, and other stakeholders to meet recruitment demands.
  • Manage relationships with external search firms when required.
  • Provide regular updates to the Head of Resourcing & Development on senior-level and critical hires.
  • Negotiate offers with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and high satisfaction levels.
  • Strategic Contribution
  • Support Emiratization initiatives, actively sourcing and attracting UAE Nationals to meet organizational objectives.
  • Keep abreast of market trends within financial services to continuously refine sourcing strategies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding efforts.
