Position Summary:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in attracting top-tier talent and managing full-cycle recruitment for roles across the organization. This position is key to building the talent foundation necessary to deliver complex projects and organizational growth. The role partners closely with hiring managers, project leaders, and technical teams to identify current and future talent needs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality hiring outcomes in a competitive market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across the organization.
  • Collaborate with project and department leads to understand technical hiring requirements.
  • Source candidates through job boards, and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
  • Engage with passive candidates for specialized roles to keep an active pipeline.
  • Conduct structured technical and behavioral interviews in collaboration with hiring teams.
  • Collate compensation and benefits data for market analysis for alignment.
  • Enhance employer visibility through local job fairs, university partnerships, and online branding initiatives.
  • Partner with HR and technical managers to ensure alignment between business goals and hiring strategies.
  • Support hiring managers with interview best practices, technical assessments, and selection decisions.
  • Ensure transparent communication and timely updates to all stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
  • Maintain and optimize usage of relevant systems to streamline recruitment workflows and ensure compliance.



Key Requirements:


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; technical background is a plus.
  • 8–10 years of talent acquisition experience.
  • Proven experience hiring for design, construction, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering positions.
  • Familiarity with the Egypt labor market and hiring practices in the construction and infrastructure sector.


Technical Skills

  • Strong command of engineering role profiles and competencies.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards.
  • Digital mindset with aptitude for using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting tools.
  • Ability to analyze hiring trends and recruitment data for continuous improvement.
