Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and drive hiring excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of attracting top talent & managing complex hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
  • Lead salary negotiations to ensure competitive offers aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to track KPIs and improve hiring efficiency
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

  • Masterr’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Proven experience hiring for mid-to-senior level roles
  • Strong sourcing skills
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
