As a Senior Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead recruitment efforts for white-collar positions—both technical and non-technical—across the region. This role focuses on specialized hiring (excluding blue-collar and mass recruitment) and requires partnering closely with hiring managers while leveraging modern recruitment tools to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and talent needs.
  • Source and engage candidates through job boards, social platforms, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting through to offer and onboarding.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in technical roles.
  • Familiarity with the GCC market is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools.
