Job Title: Senior Talent Specialist

Job Scope-

We are looking for a Senior Talent Specialist with strong experience in Full-Time / Direct Hire recruitment across the North America region. This role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for permanent positions only. You will also contribute to building a high-performing recruiting team by mentoring and training junior team members on industry-leading hiring practices.


Key Responsibilities-

  • Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for full-time, permanent technical positions across multiple technology domains in North America
  • Source, interview, assess, and place top-tier technical talent for direct hire roles only
  • Apply diverse sourcing strategies, including advanced internet searches, professional networks, social media, and referrals
  • Develop and use Boolean search strings to efficiently identify and engage qualified candidates
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements to determine technical and cultural fit
  • Review job descriptions and partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and required technical skill sets
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the ATS, ensuring data integrity
  • Proactively build and maintain long-term talent pipelines through networking and relationship management
  • Demonstrate strong technical understanding and stay current with emerging technologies and market trends
  • Anticipate future hiring needs and align recruiting strategies with long-term business objectives
  • Coach and mentor junior recruiters on full-time/direct hire recruiting best practices
