The role

As Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and managing a residential sales team, setting standards, driving performance, and leading from the front. This is not a back-office role. You are expected to remain commercially active and visible in the market.

Who we’re looking for

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Team Leader or Senior Broker
• Proven and verifiable success in Dubai residential real estate market
• Ability to lead, motivate, and retain brokers
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Commercial mindset with high standards and accountability
