Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst who will play a key role in the development and deployment of AI-Infused Manufacturing Platform named Platform360.

You will work closely with product owners, manufacturing experts and software development teams to analyze, design, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions for digital manufacturing operations that will drive our company’s growth in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document end-to-end manufacturing processes in alignment with Platform360 standards.
• Translate business needs from production environments into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with software development teams to design data models and database schemas supporting MES functionality.
• Write and validate SQL queries to verify data integrity, support troubleshooting, and confirm the accuracy of system reports.
• Support developers by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.
• Work with product owners to define and prioritize features, epics, and user stories within Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Participate in system testing and validation to ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with production process needs.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, decisions, and solution designs.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Technical or Business Analyst in manufacturing or industrial software environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop floor operations, and MES/ERP systems.
• Experience in database design, SQL querying and analyzing data flows across integrated systems.
• Ability to interpret complex process data and translate it into actionable insights and requirements.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and user story writing.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; Turkish proficiency is an asset.
