Review of IFC Drawings
- Conduct detailed technical reviews of issued-for-construction (IFC) drawings across all disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP, ID).
- Highlight any design discrepancies, execution risks, or missing details before site release.
Coordination with Design Team
- Maintain regular coordination with the in-house design department to resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure timely closure of comments and technical responses from the design team.
Coordination with Site Team
- Act as the technical link between the site team and design/consultant teams.
- Attend site inspections and ensure that construction is proceeding as per approved IFC drawings and project specifications.
Design Monitoring at Site
- Monitor the implementation of design details during execution, ensuring alignment with project standards.
- Identify and report any deviations or design mismatches observed on-site.
Interior Design (ID) Coordination
- Collaborate with the Interior Design team to ensure integration of architectural and ID elements on-site.
- Support ID execution by resolving design clarifications, joinery detailing, and material coordination.
Execution Issues Log & Summary
- Maintain and update a live summary of all pending execution issues related to design and interior design.
- Propose solutions, escalate critical delays, and ensure accountability from all parties.
Consultant & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with the project’s consultants (Architectural, Structural, MEP) to close technical queries and pending submittals.
- Follow up with contractors to ensure technical compliance, proper implementation of design details, and closure of RFIs
