Senior Technical Recruiter (1099)

We are building a small group of experienced recruiters to support fast-growing startup clients across engineering and go-to-market roles.

This is a remote, performance-based opportunity designed for recruiters who are comfortable owning searches and working independently.

Who we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years agency or full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting technical or SaaS roles
  • Comfortable sourcing directly and running screens
  • Organized and responsive
  • High integrity and quality-focused

Preferred but not required:

  • Access to LinkedIn Recruiter or strong sourcing tools
  • Experience collaborating on split placements
  • Familiarity with startup environments

What you’ll do:

  • Own active searches from intake to placement
  • Source, screen, and present candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers
  • Maintain high-quality candidate communication

  • Fully remote (ideal if in Texas)
  • Flexible schedule

  • Opportunity to collaborate on searches

This is not an entry-level recruiting role. We are looking for experienced recruiters who take ownership and value long-term relationships.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
