Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles across local and international markets.
• Partner directly with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top-quality candidates.
• Leverage exceptional negotiation and communication skills to close critical roles under tight deadlines.
• Utilize best-in-class ATS platforms and recruitment tools to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with international hiring regulations and Middle East-specific requirements.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of proven technical recruiting experience in the software industry.
• Strong track record in international hiring, especially in the Middle East region.
• Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within strict timelines.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
