Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Technical Recruiter
to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent including developers, engineers, and IT professionals. A background in
Computer Science or IT
is highly preferred to effectively evaluate candidates technical capabilities and align them with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as Frontend, Backend, Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA, AI/ML Engineers, and UI/UX Designers.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking platforms.

Conduct initial technical screenings to assess candidates fit for the role.

Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and follow-ups with the hiring team.

Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

Participate in employer branding activities and contribute to improving the candidate experience.

Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, HR, or a related field (CS/IT background preferred).

3+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).

Proven experience hiring for IT and software development roles.

Strong understanding of technical stacks, programming languages, and modern frameworks.

Hands-on experience using ATS tools (e.g., ZohoRecruit, Manatal, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with LinkedIn Boolean search, GitHub sourcing, and headhunting passive candidates.

Familiarity with tech interview processes and basic technical assessments.
