SENIOR TEST ENGINEER

The Senior BIOS Validation Tester plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of BIOS software through rigorous testing and validation processes. This position is essential for meeting client requirements and maintaining high-quality standards in software performance. The tester will contribute to the development of test strategies, execute test cases, and analyze results to ensure that the BIOS operates as intended. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Create And Review Test Cases Based On Functional Specifications And Software Requirement Specification Documents Related To Bios Functionalities To Ensure Comprehensive Test Coverage.
2. Execute Functionality Testing Of Bios Software According To The Defined Test Plan And Respective Test Cases, Documenting Results And Identifying Any Discrepancies.
3. Contribute To The Development Of Test Plans By Collaborating With The Team And Providing Insights Based On Assigned Work, Ensuring Alignment With Project Objectives.
4. Track And Analyze Test Coverage, Defect Density, And Other Key Metrics Related To Bios Validation, Presenting Progress Reports To Stakeholders And Suggesting Areas For Improvement.
5. Coordinate Discussions With Team Members And Provide Updates To Clients Regarding Testing Progress And Defect Resolution, Fostering Effective Communication Throughout The Testing Process.Skill Requirements
1. Proficient Understanding Of Bios Validation Processes And Methodologies.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Test Case Creation And Execution Based On Functional Specifications.
3. Familiarity With Test Metrics Analysis And Reporting In A Testing Context.
4. Good Understanding Of Software Testing Tools And Practices Related To Bios Functionality.
5. Experience In Coordinating With Teams And Communicating Effectively With Clients.Certification
