Senior TPA Team Lead – Life Insurance (PHS Department)

A third-party service provider for State Life Insurance is looking to hire Senior resource with 3+ years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in Bancassurance.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the PHS department team effectively
• Ensure timely completion of all PHS-related activities as per TATs
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly business reports
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding PHS operations

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role in Bancassurance or Life Insurance TPA operations
• Strong team management and coordination skills
• Excellent reporting, communication, and follow-up abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office
