Mellow Voyages Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing travel company operating with two strong verticals:
- Mellow Voyages (B2C): Specializing in curated domestic & international travel experiences, flight bookings, hotels, cabs, and visa services.
- Regal Trip India (B2B South India DMC): Offering trusted ground-handling services and curated packages for travel agents and operators across India and overseas.
We are looking for a Team Leader – B2C to head our Bangalore office, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives and backend staff at the Bangalore office.
- Drive sales for domestic & international packages, flights, hotels, and visas.
- Achieve monthly revenue and lead conversion targets set by management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business and improve performance.
Team Management & Training
- Assign leads to team members and monitor follow-ups using VoyageDesk CRM.
- Mentor and train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and share reports with management.
- Build a motivated, high-energy sales culture in the office.
Operations & Customer Service
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales and backend teams for bookings.
- Oversee quality control for quotations, itineraries, vouchers, and client communication.
- Handle escalations and provide solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and hotels for competitive pricing and service delivery.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales & revenue reports.
- Share office performance updates with the Executive Director/Corporate Team.
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns for Bangalore market growth.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong background in B2C travel sales (domestic & international).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and airline operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Tourism, Business, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in retail travel sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.
- Prior experience in the Bangalore travel market preferred.
