Senior Travel Consultant - Sales

Job Summary

Own complex trip requests across flights, visas, and holidays. Deliver outstanding service and consistently hit sales targets. This senior role focuses on expert consulting, high conversion, and smooth post-booking support. You will be the go-to person for tricky itineraries and will guide junior consultants informally when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle potential inquiries in a hybrid workflow (powered by AI) for flights, visas, and holidays from quote to ticketing and follow up.
  • Build accurate itineraries and issue reservations in GDS with zero errors.
  • Convert leads from the website and social channels and drive strong repeat business.
  • Manage escalations and VIP cases with timely, high-quality resolution.
  • Keep CRM and GDS records complete and up to date.
  • Address solutions for queries and maintain the tone of voice of the brand.
  • Share best practices and assist with the onboarding of new team members when required.

Experience & Requirements

  • One year of experience in a travel or tourism company in sales and business development.
  • Solid working knowledge of at least one GDS and familiarity with holiday packaging and visa services.
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Fluency in English and Tagalog.
  • Currently residing in the UAE and available for on-site work in Dubai.
  • Target-driven mindset with attention to detail and ownership of outcomes.
