Role Overview

The Senior Tunnel Engineer will lead tunnel design activities and provide technical oversight for underground infrastructure projects, including structural support systems and permanent lining design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tunnel and underground structure design activities.
• Deliver structural support systems and permanent lining designs.
• Review engineering calculations, drawings, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 10-14 years of experience in tunnel and underground structure design.
• Proven experience delivering complex tunnel and underground infrastructure projects.

Professional Knowledge & Skills

• Advanced knowledge of tunnel engineering design methodologies.
• Strong experience with structural analysis and engineering design software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage technical deliverables and mentor junior engineers.
