Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior UI Developer with strong expertise in Angular and React, who can lead front-end development projects, collaborate closely with clients, and guide a small team to deliver pixel-perfect, high-performing user interfaces. The ideal candidate should have an excellent sense of design aesthetics, hands-on experience with Figma and Illustrator, and a passion for building intuitive and modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the UI development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality interfaces.

Design and develop responsive, cross-platform web applications using Angular and React frameworks.

Work closely with designers and product teams to translate Figma or Illustrator designs into functional UIs.

Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code with a strong focus on performance and reusability.

Collaborate with clients for requirement discussions, design reviews, and project updates.

Drive UI/UX consistency across all modules and ensure visual standards are maintained.

Perform code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and suggesting best practices.

Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth communication between front-end and back-end.

Keep up-to-date with UI trends, frameworks, and best practices to continually improve team efficiency and design quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in front-end development.

Strong proficiency in Angular (v10+) and React (Hooks, Context, Redux).

Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

Hands-on experience with UI design tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, XD.

Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.

Proven experience in team handling and client communication.

Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with version control (Git).

Attention to detail and a good sense of visual hierarchy and usability.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.

Basic knowledge of backend integration or GraphQL.

Understanding of agile methodologies and project delivery cycles.
