Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects and the ability to transform complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both UX research and UI design, leading projects from concept to execution while collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI delivery.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Translate business requirements into engaging user journeys and interactive prototypes.
• Create pixel-perfect UI designs that align with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools/technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4–6+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes and UI design work.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Proficiency in prototyping and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
