About the Role

Deloitte India is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to support our ongoing digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centered interfaces and ensuring an exceptional user experience across enterprise-scale applications. This is a critical, long-term role requiring immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design activities, from concept to delivery, for enterprise-level applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.
• Ensure design consistency and alignment with brand and accessibility standards.
• Continuously improve design processes and advocate for best practices in user experience design.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proven expertise in user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing .
• Experience designing for enterprise-scale applications .
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design platforms .
• Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
