Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to lead the creation of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex requirements into visually appealing and highly functional designs for web and mobile applications while ensuring an excellent user journey across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications from concept to final implementation.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improving user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and brand consistency across all products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.
• Analyze user behavior, analytics data, and feedback to continuously improve product usability and engagement.
• Ensure designs follow responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects with clear case studies.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
