Senior Upwork Bidder (Onsite + Hybrid)

Location: Near Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore
Work Schedule: 4 Days Onsite + 1 Day Work From Home

Role & Responsibilities

• Write professional and engaging proposals on Upwork and related platforms
• Identify suitable projects and clients for our services
• Maintain strong communication with clients to understand requirements
• Schedule and attend discovery calls
• Collaborate with internal project teams to finalize project scope and pricing
• Work towards monthly targets for lead generation and project closure

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Understanding of IT services, software development, web/mobile solutions
• Ability to analyze project requirements and prepare solid pitches
• Must be confident, proactive, and responsible
