Senior Upwork Strategist & Deal Closer

Pay: PKR 55,000 – 110,000 (Negotiable)per month.
Shift: Night Shift (On-Site, 9 PM – 6 AM, North Nazimabad, Karachi).

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Upwork Strategist & Deal Closer with a proven track record of securing high-value software deals ($5K–$30K+). This is a full-time, on-site Night Shift position in North Nazimabad, Karachi, ideal for someone who can take complete ownership of the sales cycle—from bidding and proposal writing to negotiation and successful deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to win high-value international projects.
• Write and refine proposals that stand out and drive client engagement.
• Consistently negotiate and close deals valued above $5,000.
• Maintain and enhance Top Rated / Expert Vetted status on Upwork.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create solution-oriented proposals.
• Stay up to date with the latest Upwork trends, algorithms, and buyer behavior.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven Upwork bidding and deal-closing experience.
• Demonstrated success in closing $5K–$30K+ projects.
• Strong English communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM tools for client management and follow-up.
• Must be willing to work full-time Night Shift (On-Site, 9 PM – 6 AM) in North Nazimabad, Karachi.
