Senior US Healthcare Marketer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior US Healthcare Marketer to lead and execute marketing strategies targeting the United States healthcare market. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of US healthcare systems, medical billing/RCM, provider networks, and patient acquisition strategies, along with strong digital marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on the US healthcare industry (Hospitals, Clinics, Providers, RCM services).
  • Drive lead generation campaigns targeting US-based healthcare providers.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Content Marketing).
  • Build and maintain B2B marketing funnels for healthcare services/products.
  • Conduct market research & competitor analysis specific to US healthcare trends.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Create high-quality content (case studies, whitepapers, blogs) tailored to US healthcare audiences.
  • Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA awareness in marketing content).
  • Manage marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and performance analytics.
  • Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in US healthcare marketing.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Medical Billing / RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
  • US Insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Plans)
  • Healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA basics)
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools:Google Ads, Analytics
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Proven track record of lead generation & campaign success
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal – US audience focus)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with US-based healthcare clients or companies.
  • Background in healthcare SaaS / HRMS / EMR / EHR marketing.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience in offshore marketing for US clients (highly preferred in Pakistan/India setups).
