Social Media Marketer

Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across all social media platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical thinking to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
  • Manage daily activity across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
