Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee escrow transactions from opening to closing
• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communication throughout the transaction process
• Leverage your existing book of business while identifying opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Escrow Officer or similar role
• Established book of business preferred
• Strong knowledge of escrow processes, title insurance, and real estate transactions
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
