About the Role

AHK Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with strong visual storytelling skills to join our marketing and creative team.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing, with prior work in real estate or logistics industries being highly preferred.

You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging video content for digital platforms — from corporate campaigns and marketing reels to client showcases and product explainers.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce professional-quality videos for marketing, real estate listings, logistics operations, and corporate communications.
• Assemble raw footage and trim, sequence, and refine content into polished final cuts.
• Add music, sound effects, subtitles, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operations teams to bring brand concepts to life.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines.
• Optimize videos for social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) and website use.
• Maintain organized file structures and backups for all projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and digital media styles.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2–3 years in professional video editing (real estate or logistics sector preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Design, Film Production, or related field.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of color grading, motion design, and sound editing.
• Familiarity with DSLR, drone, or smartphone camera workflows is a plus.
• Creative Skills:
• Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Ability to visualize ideas and translate them into impactful visuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
• Soft Skills:
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

• Editing real estate walkthroughs, drone shots, or property tour videos.
• Creating corporate or logistics operations content (fleet, delivery, warehouse visuals).
• Experience in short-form video content creation (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
