Senior Video Team Lead

What we’re looking for:

A Senior Video Team lead will manage a team of Videographers and Editors who will conceptualize , shoot and edit Social Media content for our clients.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage a team of Videographers
• Ability to manage administrative tasks
• Manage filming, lighting and editing small-medium projects in addition to working with larger crews in higher end productions.
• Set up, managing and operating production equipment including cameras, grips, lights, audio recorders.
• Oversee and guide the freelance editors to ensure we receive the highest standards of work.
• Brainstorm & develop ideas and create moodboards from scratch.
• Liaise with the Production Director and Creative director to ensure alignment with the brand and to maintain a consistent brand representation.
• Present approved ideas to the clients.
• Responsible for location scouting, and developing production plans, including calls sheets, costs estimates and casting.
• Arrange necessary and relevant equipment and resources for projects.
• Maintain a benchmark of quality in video content.
• Conduct music searches and display strong music editing skills
• Manage multiple projects at a time
• Mentor fellow colleagues and support junior members of the team in their development
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager

Strong visual storyteller with an in-depth understanding of social media trends

Highly experienced in creating content across multiple formats including Social Content, TVCs, Documentaries, Interviews and events.

In depth understanding of various video formats and compressions.

Knowledge of Adobe After effects, Adobe Audition is a plus.

Proficient in Adobe Premiere and deep understanding of Adobe Suite.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor Degree in a relevant field

Experience

Minimum 4-5 year’s experience, with strong focus on social media, and an advertising or production agency background

Portfolio or showreel that demonstrates high quality camera work and advanced editing skills.
