Key Responsibilities

Implement high quality in-store VM presentations through seasonal event calendar and brand guidelinesBuild strong relations with store staff so that they can help maintain displayMeasure the impact of merchandising action plans and issue weekly report to VM team with photographs, comments and measurements of sales impactFollow and implement brand seasonal VM guidelinesAttend Brand training events and workshopsSupport the management of internal brand eventsInstall window and in store animations, design events and campaigns in line with the global marketing and event calendarsStay up to date with all snags and fixes needed and liaise closely with maintenance teams to ensure resolutionReview the merchandising plan linked to launchesPrepare and/or adapt the window displaysCommunicate the merchandising guidelines to the store staff and follow-up on installationEnsure merchandising levels in the store are met as per the Brand s guidelinesEnsure maximum shelf visibilityReport back to back-office VM team on the performance of the ranges and categoriesImplement new store concept whenever neededDefine the proper shelf merchandising of the productsCommunicate with back-office VM team on out of stock situations
