Position: Senior VoIP & Call Centre Infrastructure Engineer (Dialer + Network + Dev)

About Us
Prime BPO2 is a fast-growing international call centre working with U.S. insurance campaigns. We operate high-volume outbound dialing environments and require a highly skilled technical expert to own and optimize our telecom and infrastructure stack.
We are looking for a hands-on professional who understands dialers, VoIP, networking, server environments, and automation — not just support level troubleshooting.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for designing, managing, optimizing, and scaling our calling infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime, call quality, security, and performance. This role requires deep technical expertise and problem-solving capability in real production environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize dialer platforms (VICIdial / GoAutoDial / custom dialers)
* Configure and maintain SIP trunks and VoIP routing
* Monitor call quality, latency, jitter, packet loss and resolve issues
* Network design, firewall configuration, VLANs, QoS optimization
* Manage servers (Linux preferred — AWS / Cloud / On-prem)
* Troubleshoot call failures, carrier issues, CLI routing problems
* Implement redundancy and failover systems
* Work with APIs, CRM integrations, and automation tools
* Maintain security best practices and access controls
* Coordinate with operations to improve dialing efficiency
* Documentation of infrastructure and processes
Required Technical Skills
* Strong hands-on experience with VoIP systems
* Deep knowledge of SIP protocol, RTP, codecs, DID management
* Experience with VICIdial or similar predictive dialers
* Networking expertise (TCP/IP, NAT, QoS, VLANs, VPNs)
* Linux server administration
* Database basics (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
* API integrations
* Troubleshooting under live production pressure
Preferred Certifications (Strong Advantage)
* Cisco CCNA or CCNP
* CompTIA Network+
* CompTIA Security+
* Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC-1/2)
* AWS Certified Solutions Architect or SysOps
* Sangoma/Asterisk Certification
* VoIP Engineer Certification
* Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (optional)
Experience Required
Minimum 4–6 years in VoIP / Telecom / Call Centre infrastructure
Experience working in high-volume outbound environments (preferred)

We are not looking for basic IT support. We want a problem solver who understands real call centre infrastructure and can take ownership of uptime, stability, and scaling.
You should be comfortable diagnosing complex technical issues independently and implementing long-term solutions.
