Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer who will operate as both a technical consultant and hands-on engineer, responsible for advising, planning, designing, and implementing modern infrastructure solutions. The role requires proven expertise across SASE and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Endpoint Management and Security, and a strong foundation in enterprise networking, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, SDWAN and endpoint management platforms.

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on and support network architecture fundamentals, routing, switching, firewall, and network security

• VPN technologies (site-to-site and remote access) and SDWAN.

• Advise, design, implement and support SASE based solutions including ZTNA, CASB, Secure Web gateway, RBI and more.

• Advise, design, implement, and manage Unified Endpoint Management and Security solution.

• Advise and implement enterprise endpoint management and security standards and best practices, covering vulnerabilities management and patching strategies, software deployments and distributions, browser security, application control, and Bitlocker.

• Manage and optimize endpoint asset management and inventory, ensuring accurate visibility, reporting, and tracking.

• Design and advise on OS deployment strategies (traditional imaging and modern provisioning)

• Provide advanced operational support and insights, including endpoint inventory, asset visibility, reporting, troubleshooting, and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering roles
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls, VPN)
• Strong knowledge and experience with Zero Trust, ZTNA, SASE, and SD-WAN concepts
• Strong knowledge and experience with UEMS and with managing enterprise-scale identity, endpoint, and compliance environments
• Strong understanding identity platforms and directory services, such as Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

Soft Skills

• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
