Job Title: Senior Web Developer
Function: Web Development / Frontend & Backend
Reports to: Development Lead

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Relevant certifications in Full-Stack Development, Web Technologies, or Cloud Integrations (preferred).

Minimum Experience

At least 8+ years of proven experience in web development with modern frameworks and CMS.

Strong hands-on expertise in:

Developing websites using Directus/Wagtail CMS with REST API and GraphQL for headless/decoupled architecture.

Building responsive, dynamic UIs using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Directus.

Integrating CMS backend with frontend frameworks via APIs.

Implementing and connecting third-party APIs and services.

Optimizing performance, scalability, and security of web applications.

Designing and maintaining PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.

Upholding clean coding practices, reusable code, and comprehensive testing.

Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance websites using Directus CMS and modern web stacks.

Deliver intuitive frontend interfaces leveraging Next.js, Tailwind, and TypeScript.

Ensure seamless integration of backend content with frontend applications via APIs.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Optimize for speed, security, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Conduct code reviews, ensure high standards, and write unit/integration tests.

Implement CI/CD pipelines for smooth, reliable deployments.

Manage databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) for optimized data handling.

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, ensuring smooth delivery of features.
