Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is a leading company specializing in property sales, leasing, and management. As we expand our digital platforms, we are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer with expertise in real estate systems, backend & frontend development, and payment gateway integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain real estate websites, portals, and property management systems.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces (property search, maps, client dashboards).
• Manage backend systems for listings, CRM, booking, and transaction management.
• Integrate secure payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Qatar local bank APIs).
• Ensure data protection, security, and site performance.
• Optimize and manage databases for leads, customers, and property data.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to implement new digital solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP/Node.js/Python.
• Expertise in frontend frameworks
• Proficiency in backend frameworks
• Hands-on experience with payment gateway integration.
• Database management (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Prior experience in real estate platforms, CRMs, or MLS systems is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Real estate web portal development (property listings, booking, lead capture).
• Experience with map APIs (Google Maps, Mapbox).
• Knowledge of SEO for property websites.
• Cloud hosting experience
