Position: Senior WordPress Developer (Team Lead)
Location: Lucknow
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer who can also take on Team Lead responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in WordPress development, plugins, themes, and website optimization, and be able to manage, mentor, and guide a small development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the WordPress development team and manage project timelines
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
• Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and SEO-friendly
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues
• Guide junior developers, review code, and ensure coding standards
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, plugins, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in WordPress development
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
• Leadership experience and ability to manage a small team
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
