Job Summary:

The Executive Finance (Treasury) will be responsible for managing treasury-related operations including foreign payments, cash flow forecasting, bank dealings, and trade finance activities. The role requires strong financial knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with banks, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle foreign payments for imports and manage all commercial remittances in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Process payments related to import custom duties and ensure timely submission to authorities.
• Manage annual renewal, enhancement, and establishment of new trade limits with banks, maintaining strong relationships to support business needs.
• Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts to ensure effective liquidity planning and management.
• Maintain documentation and records for treasury transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with audit requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments to coordinate treasury-related needs and provide support for financial decision-making.
• Monitor foreign exchange exposure and support strategies to minimize financial risk.

Required Expertise and Skills

• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, banking procedures, and trade finance.
• Hands-on experience in handling import-related payments, custom duties, and banking transactions.
• Proficiency in financial forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of foreign exchange regulations and SBP requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with banks and internal teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/financial software.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as ACCA, ICMA, or CA-Inter will be preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or banking operations of manufacturing industry.
• Experience in corporate treasury or import/export finance will be an added advantage.
