We are looking for a strategic and data-driven SEO Analyst who can take full ownership of our digital marketing ecosystem — from SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to Social Media Marketing and Paid Ads.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves experimenting with digital strategies, and can deliver measurable results in traffic growth, conversions, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Plan, execute, and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
- Optimize website structure, meta tags, internal linking, and schema markup.
- Build and manage backlink acquisition strategies and monitor domain authority.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO):
- Optimize content for voice search and featured snippets.
- Improve presence in Google Discover, People Also Ask, and AI-generated results.
- Ensure structured data implementation for AI-driven search visibility.
Social Media Marketing (SMM):
- Create and execute organic and paid social media strategies across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
- Manage content calendar, community engagement, and social media analytics.
- Collaborate with the creative team for engaging post, reels, and campaign ideas.
Paid Advertising (SEM & Social Ads):
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Optimize ad performance for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing and create retargeting strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with insights.
Content & Analytics:
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for conversions.
- Use tools like Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Hotjar to measure performance.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations for digital growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, SMM, and paid media.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search algorithms, Core Web Vitals, and AI-driven search trends.
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Analytics 4.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, keyword strategy, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with local SEO and app store optimization (ASO).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress/Shopify CMS.
- Familiarity with email marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and AI SEO trends.
