Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO clients.
• Understand client business goals, objectives, and target audience to align SEO strategies.
• Coordinate with internal SEO, content, and technical teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Create, present, and explain SEO performance reports (traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.).
• Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving attitude.
• Monitor SEO campaign progress and proactively suggest optimization strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of SEO audits, keyword research, on-page & off-page strategies.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Stay updated with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in SEO client servicing / digital marketing account management .
• Strong understanding of SEO strategies, tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
