About the Role

We’re looking for a highly specialized Content Marketing & SEO Lead with deep experience in Real Estate, SaaS, FinTech/BNPL or PropTech. In this role, you’ll own the full organic growth strategy from technical SEO and keyword strategy to content planning, creation, and distribution. You’ll balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership, building a content engine that drives authority, visibility, and qualified leads.

Your Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

• Develop and lead content strategy tailored to fintech and proptech audiences (investors, tenants, agents, developers, customers).
• Create and manage editorial calendars covering blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
• Write and edit high-quality, SEO-optimized content; collaborate with writers, designers, and SMEs where needed.
• Ensure brand voice consistency and compliance with regulated industry standards.

SEO Leadership

• Own technical SEO: site audits, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, crawl/indexing optimization, and backlink strategy.
• Conduct deep keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, design, and dev teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across platforms.
• Monitor SERP performance and implement strategies to improve rankings and domain authority.

Performance & Analytics

• Define KPIs across traffic growth, lead generation, domain authority, and organic conversions.
• Leverage tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and SurferSEO.
• Build dashboards and deliver clear reporting on performance, insights, and recommendations.

Growth & Distribution

• Repurpose content across email, LinkedIn, industry forums, and PR opportunities.
• Partner with PR, influencer, and industry networks to amplify reach.
• Experiment with content formats (video, infographics, podcasts) for audience engagement.

What You’ll Need to Bring

• 4–8 years of hands-on content marketing and SEO experience in fintech, proptech, marketplaces, E-commerce, real estate, or app-based businesses.
• Proven ability to design and execute SEO + content strategies that drive measurable organic growth.
• Strong technical SEO skills (Core Web Vitals, site architecture, schema, backlinks).
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to create long-form and conversion-focused content.
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO).
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience working with regulated industries and international audiences is a plus.

Important Details

• This is a full-time remote position based in Pakistan.
• Working hours align with UAE time zone (~10AM to 7PM Pakistan time).
• You’ll be employed by Fivestaff Pakistan and work closely with one of our fintech or proptech client companies.
