Responsibilities:
- Plan and run organic social media growth on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create original and creative content ideas for posts, reels, and ad videos related to medical equipment and healthcare topics.
- Write engaging captions, ad copies, and short video scripts for social media promotions.
- Share poster ideas with the design team and make sure all creatives are high quality.
- Do quality checks for designs, videos, and ad content before posting.
- Track page performance, followers’ growth, and engagement, and share reports with improvement ideas.
- Plan and run Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Handle WhatsApp and Email marketing campaigns for promotions and lead generation.
- Manage CRM activities – collect Google reviews, customer testimonials, and keep customer follow-up records.
- Work with the sales and operations team to manage digital marketing activities.
- Write blogs, product details, and website content related to medical equipment and home healthcare.
- Make sure all content is creative, original, and easy to understand.
- Come up with new ideas for product videos, testimonial reels, and awareness campaigns.
- Check all creatives and videos for design quality and brand consistency.
- Stay updated with latest social media trends and digital marketing ideas to improve performance.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree - Marketing / Business / Communications / Journalism / English with relevant diploma or certificate course.
