We’re building the #1 content hub for real estate investors looking to access capital — and we need a copywriter who actually understands DSCR loans and 0% interest working capital.

At Munoz Ghezlan & Co., a private-bank-backed lender, we help real estate investors secure DSCR loans and 0% interest working capital to fund their deals. We’re looking for a skilled SEO Copywriter who can turn complex financial topics into clear, high-converting content.

You’ll be the voice that educates thousands of investors on creative financing strategies — while helping us dominate search rankings for terms like DSCR loans, working capital, and hybrid financing.
Every word you write will drive traffic, generate leads, and move investors closer to funding their next deal.

What You’ll Do

A. Write and Optimize Copy

• Write long-form blog posts, case studies, and guides on real estate financing, DSCR loans, and working capital.
• Create direct-response landing page copy that converts cold visitors into investor leads.
• Research keywords and optimize every asset for SEO and conversions.

B. Build Authority Content

• Craft white papers, funding guides, and investor education materials that position our firm as a trusted private lender.
• Collaborate with our legal team to ensure all copy complies with financial advertising regulations.

C. Drive Measurable Growth

• Track performance through Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
• Continuously improve CTR, dwell time, and conversion rates through content testing.
• Ensure all content demonstrates E-E-A-T (Expertise, Experience, Authority, Trust).

You’ll Succeed If You

• Have 3–5 years of copywriting and SEO experience in financial services, real estate, or fintech.
• Know how to research keywords and write to rank — not just write to sound good.
• Understand financial terminology and can make complex loan structures easy to understand.
• Have proven experience writing copy that sells high-ticket or financial offers.

Compensation

• Remote, full-time or part-time
• Pay range: $3,000–$6,000/month depending on experience
• Performance bonuses for traffic and conversion milestones
