SEO Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
InsurDX seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of search engine optimization strategies and techniques, with a focus on driving organic traffic and improving website visibility. This role requires proficiency in various SEO tools and analytics platforms, as well as experience with content management systems and e-commerce websites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website performance and increase organic traffic.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and HTML elements to improve search engine rankings.
• Perform link building activities to enhance domain authority and improve SERP positions.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics tools to monitor site performance and user behavior.
• Manage Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager for tracking site health and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment of SEO strategies with overall digital marketing goals.
• Analyze competitor websites and industry trends to identify best practices and new opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on SEO performance metrics, including traffic trends, conversion rates, and keyword rankings.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing developments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress for effective website management.
• Experience with conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and drive sales.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and best practices for optimizing product listings.
• Understanding of social media management strategies as they relate to SEO efforts.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
